I wanted to let you know that you are a good descriptive writer. The theme of the greatest act of love was something that I appreciate about Point of Reference. As far as the Citizenship, I have been very vocal in expressing the same thing that you describe in the writing. I have come to believe and teach that women hold the standard for men's behavior in relationships. My perspective includes the necessity for women to come into a revelation of their true identity and purpose in order for that standard, or "citizenship" to be elevated. Nice work.

I found Point of Reference to be very interesting. I liked how the story began with Mayor's incident. It immediately made me want to know more. Although I am a black love story type of reader, I really believe that your book has the potential to be a great suspense novel!

I read Point of Reference and I liked it from the beginning to the end, it kept me in suspense to see what happend in the end, but what I didn't understand was the purpose of the book or the title. I should say maybe you can explain that to me. I will give you credit the book is hot, and I will be one of your fans. I got the book from my friend who bought the book from you at Target and she said she was going to give it to a friend to read; I read it!

I read your book a few weeks ago. I was trying to catch up with you in person to give you my opinion. The book was very interesting and I couldn't put it down. Great job! You get a little gold star, lol. While reading the book, I kept thinking about short stories from Stephen King or from the Twilight Zone. I think you should write 4 or more different short stories and put them together as a collection (Nightmare and Dreamscapes, Creep Show... S.King). the ending of the story was unexpected. The only issues I have are the character's names. I dislike the name "Janet". The name makes me think of Janet Jackson and takes away from the character. Mayor is also a strange name. The name "Mayor" makes me think of a strong, political, well rounded man, someone... Oh Nvm, just had a thought! Mayors seem to be always involved in some type of dirty dealings and scandals. Anyways....I like your book and I've been telling your coworkers about how good of a read it is.

Point of Reference read like a movie. Your attention to describing feelings, surroundings, sounds, and details really brought me into the story. I could draw pics. in my mind,s eye. The end was a delightful surprise... didn,t see that coming :). Don,t change anything. Don,t listen to people who ask you to adjust your style of delivery. Your writing is good because its you. The only way you can be different from everyone else is to be yourself. I am in a place that I am constantly craving inspiration. I am excited to meet someone following their dream, and I had an opprotunity to be a blessing and watch a dream come a reality. Who can pass up that opprotunity.
